Also all our garments have margins inside to cater to small size alteration need, but in any odd event if you don’t like your order then please get in touch with us within 12 hours of receiving the product. You may exchange the order for another color or a different size ((depending on the availability), or an entirely new product of the same or higher price bracket. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We don’t arrange Reverse Pick up, so in case you want to exchange any item then please pack it securely and ship it to the below address:

Reverse Shipment charges are to be borne by the customer, However we would not charge you for shipping the order again from our side. Only one such Exchange is allowed.
We DO NOT have policy of Return, However, In the rare event that any product you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 12 hours through an email with pictures of the product at email@example.com. Post evaluation by Laado Team and as per their discretion, you will be given an option to either return the product or exchange. For the process of return or exchange (as per our exchange policy detailed above), the product should not be used and in the same condition as you received, with its original packaging along with original tags.
In case of Return, The flat shipment charges Rs.150 would be deducted from the amount and the amount would be refunded to you through a mutual agreed medium like Paytm, bank account transfer or the original mode of payment, i.e., PayUMoney wallet.
