- It’s a constant endeavour for Team Laado to ensure that you enjoy and love your purchase from us. For the size selection our size chart has an advisory to ensure that you choose the right fit for yourself, you are requested to pay attention to the same to save the hassel of size exchange. In case of any confusion we can be consulted for the size selection. Also all our garments have margins inside to cater to small size alteration need.
- In any odd event if you don’t like your order and need to exchange the same then please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- For Size Exchanges, Pls get in touch via CONTACT form on the website. mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
- We will arrange a reverse pick-up of the product delivered to you.
- The product should be unused / unworn with original tags/packing intact.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
- In case the new required size required is not available, You may exchange the order for another color or an entirely new product of the same or higher price bracket.
- For any reason if you wish to cancel your purchase from us then please raise the cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via CONTACT Form on the website.
- If the request is received within 24 hours then the complete amount would be refunded through original mode of payment.
- Since the processing of the order starts within 24 hours span so any cancellation request received after this would not be entertained.
Return ( Not Applicable on Sale Items)
- If the product purchased is not found to be satisfactory and the customer wants to return the product then please raise a return request at the email address provided in the CONTACT form on the website by mentioning the order id, within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss and arrange a reverse pickup.
- The Return requests can be processed in the following 2 ways
- A coupon can be issued to the customer for the same amount as that of the purchased product, This can be redeemed at our store for your next purchase with us.
- Refund can be processed to the original mode of payment deducting Rs. 200 (adjusted towards shipping and reverse pickup fee).
- Though we take utmost care at our end and the product goes through stringent quality check before its shipped but under any unforeseeable circumstances if the return is due to an error at our end (wrong product shipped/ defected product shipped) then please get in touch with us along with the pictures of the issue within 24 hours of accepting the untempered parcel. Post Analysis by our team if the issue is found to be at our end then the customer would be refunded the complete invoice amount without any deduction.
- The Refund Processing would initiate once the product is received by us and it is found to be a valid return post all quality checks.
- If the Returned product is not found to be a valid return (not in original condition, tags/packing missing, defect in the piece) ,then the product will not be accepted back and would be shipped back to the customer.
- Products on Sale are not eligible for Returns.
